@nokia у меня с г102 что то подобное было там когтевой хват, перешёл на более большую , удобную и ассемитричную ( для правой руки) мышь из 518 hero, всё ок стало , посмотри мышь побольше

@nokia к ответу @hfour добавлю: обрати внимание на положение своей руки на столе, висит или лежит локоть, например, возможно у тебя напрягается плече или трапеция при игре; напряжение в кисти говорит о том, что организму что-то неудобно при выполнении движении рукой.
