If shadow from brush to model then you will need to bake light. The easiest way is to use something like Blender then construct your scene and then bake light onto texture.

@CrayFish You can create brushes into models with almost same shape, then turn them into func_wall, make them invisible and set their "light flag" to "opaque (blocks light)".
