    @sl1wzz i had a similar problem but for me it was on public and on lan server. i fixed the freezes with disabling Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) in windows. you could also try disabling core 0 for hl.exe via task manager. core 0 will be re-checkmarked after you restart the game by default. i have applied both things ive written. just im using an external program wich rules automatically that cpu core 0 stays unchecked. i hope i could help let me know about the outcome if you test it.
