It's impossible to do anything with old maps, but both we and the mappers of recently released maps are interested in fixing such issues.

Regarding problems with access to the site in Russia. Indeed the problem lies in blocking part of Cloudflare's functionality, but there is no domestic alternative in sight at the moment that is adequate in price.
